(Before Dr. Kilgoub and E. "WVPitckiy, Esq., J.P«.) . CHARGE OF LUNACY. - John Bus«ell, alias Bosser, was brought up on a charge of being of unsound mind. It appeared that; defendant has several times lately been convicted of. drunken* ness, and last night he went to the station ->/ house and wanted to be taken care of, being possessed of a hallucination that a number of men were after him," Sad wanted to put an end to his existence by throwing him into the tide. \: It was found that the defendant was suffering from delirium tremens, and he was ordered to be sent to the Hospital. This was all the businesi, and th« Court adjourned.
