Jojm Tooyey was charged with, committing a breach/of the peace by fightingwith one Thomas Edwards in Albert street, Grahamstown, on the 17th instant. Defendant in this case was remanded from yesterday in order that thepdlice mikht institute enquiries. Mr Sullen said he had reason to beliere the circumstances were of a trivial character, j and might be met by binding defendant over to keep the peace. In consequence of Mr Bullen's recommendation the B*nch bound defendant over for three months to keep, the peace— himself in £10 and one surety in a similar amount.

The Court adjourned.
