Vr E W ZEALAND. GOVEBNMENT LIFE INSURANCE. I— The Government Life Insurance Department issues all desirable forms of Policies. The Payment of every Policy is guaranteed ly the Colony. ■ Parti- i cipation in Profits is authorised by the Legislature to be given to Policy-holders. 2- Premium rates are lower than those of Prirate Companies. 3—No Policy or Medical Fees charged. 4-Ali Policies are non-forfeit-able after one full annual payment to the full extent of their value, under, a tpecUl regulation providing for the continuance in force of every Policy for the original amount, until the surrender-value of the Policy is ex* hausted in payment of premiums. 5— Absolute Security from Loss. —Insurers,,after having paid three full annual premiums, are guaranteed,a cash surrender value of not less than 40 per cent, of the paid-up premiums; and, if for any reason the premiums are not paid y when due, a paid* up Policy Will be issued, generally equal'in amount to the .premiums paid, and often much in excise. ' 6—Thirty days of grace aw allowed on all Renewal Premiums. 7—Liberal conditions as to travelling and residence* 8-Policieß protected from Bank* ruptcy^An Insuraifce'Polioy effeoted by the Insured, Bo*<r/«fe on his o#h life; <■ protected Worn bariltniptcy or ins^lreßcy laws to a certai* amount, watch -increases" *with/ its duration.: Thus/ after it has ©ndmred for two years, it* protected to the extent of £200}. after five yeart, to £560; after seven years, to £1000; after ten years* to £8000.
