Reid was charged .with this offence., This individual was,brought up yesterday and.fined, but when he made his appearance in Court in anßwer to the charge, he appeared to be then pretty-well under the influence of malt, and seemed to experience great difficulty in conducting himself with fitting sobriety. On being charged this , morning, he pleaded guilty, and was fined 10s and costs, with the usual alternative. His Worship warned defendant that if he appeared in Court again, he would have to treat him very differently. "
