Defendant had,s|^ith another woman, gone'u)to tht hotel'and asked for two drinks, wheni having received them, she thww one glass at the mirror and the other at fl£r Gedleigh, Mr Bullen further stated, that defendant had beenjjchargedjf some time since wi '% stealing ||i|Watch in that hotel, married, but not livinjer,with; her,hui|Kandi The tumblers witkwbi^h t^e damage ha^ been done, were produced i'it* Cortirt.
