The general crushing will clean up to-morrow and likely give a good yield. Anew find is reported on the Waikoromiko. The Harbor View tributers are obtaining a good show of gold. The man injured at Kennedy's Bay yesterday is not likely to recover. Tatjbanga, This day. A large water spout was seen on Rotorua Lake on Monday last at an estimated height of 200 feet. The tender of Lundon and Conway, £1097, for the erection of the English Church, has been accepted. The regatta will take place on Easter Monday. Percy Brettj late sub-lieutenant in the Royal Navy, has been committed for trial for obtaining money under false pretences. ' : ■ i ■
