THIS DAY.

(Before W. Fbaseb, Esq., R.M.) DBT7NKENNESB. Edward Howard was charged with having committed a breach of Bye-lay No. 3* sec. 52 of the Borough of Thames, by being drunk and disorderly in Albertstreet, Grahamstown, on the 16th inst. Defendant said he might be, but knew nothing at all about it. Kichard White, deposed, that he saw defendant in Albert-street, and that he was disorderly. Fined 20s, or 48 hours' imprisonment, INDECENT LANGUAGE. Edward Howard was charged with having committed a breach of the Vagrant Act, by using indecent language in a public place, to wit, Albert-street, Grahamstown, on the 16th instant. Defendant, having been already fined for one offence on this day, was discharged with a caution.
