Cobomanpel, This day. Tokatea got 609 lbs of specimens in hand for eleven days' work. Bank of Neyr Zealand shipped 900 ounces of gold yesterday. Nob- much change to report from the Royal Oak, Bismarck and Union Beach. Mr. Black, manager of the Union Beach, is likely to accept the offer of the Big Pump directors to take the management of the works. The directors will in Black hare an independent, experienced, and faithful public servant. His loss will be felt by the Beach directors.
There is not much special news stirring. The weather is awfully broken. TiTTBANGi., This day. Lyell, who was remanded to Auckland, will be forwarded there this erening. Prisoner appears quite unconcerned and callous.
