(To the Editor of the Evening Star.) Sir —I wish to state through your columns that I was not the defendant in the case tried in tho Resident Magistra'e'o Court yesterday, James Rae v. Norton, but that some other person cf the same name is. lam the more anxious to set this right, because of the action againßt me re tke H. A. C. JB. S. pending. I am, yours, & •., Jab. Nobton.
