Auckland, Wednesday. At a meeting of the creditors of Mr J". 0. Morrin, grocer, held this afternoon, no less than forty creditors were present or represented. The liabilities are about £22,000. The Union Bank have considerable claims on the estate. It was resolved to make an assignment of the estate for the benefit of all creditors. Napieb, Wednesday.
