For several days past a little gold has been seen in the rise ascending upon the lode to the adit level, and the lode is be-

ginning to look more solid and compact. The adit to communicate with the rise is in about 130 feet, leaving another 50 feet to drive. When this communicatien is completed it will enable the company to open out large blocks of the lode, and from this and 'other cheering prospects the chances of the company look very bright.
