The Government officially confirm the report of the capture of JN"ana Sahib by the Maharajah of Scinde in Gwalior. It is reported that Prince Bismarck will onbehalf of Germany send a noteof remonstrance to France if the complaints of the Spanish Government of _ French interference with Spanish affairs are unsatisfied at the end of October.
Money is easier. The corn market quiet and easy. Homo deliveries and small foreign arrivals abundant. In the wool market prices are slightly giving way. Manufacturers are stocked. Kew Zealand hemp has sold at full prices. Arrivals: Glencairn, Saladin and Jane.

Arrived: Stranger from Melbourne. The ship Leicester from London reports seeing a burning ship of the appearance of 1000 tons—American-r-in longitude 2 w., latitude 37, on September 11th. No sign of the crew.
