DBUNKENNESS

Kobert Wilson was charged with being drank and incapable in P»llen-street, Shortland, on the 10th instant. Defendant was on bail, but put in an appearance, and pleaded guilty, when he was fined 10s, or, in default, 24 hours' imprison* ment. ALLOWING A CHIMNEY TO TAKE FIBE. John Hendy was charged with having committed a breach of section 2, part 7 of Bye-law No. 1 of Borough of Thames by allowing the chimney of the house occupied by him in Pollen-street, Thames, to be on fire, on the 7th instant.

Defendant pleaced guilty, and was fined 10s and costs.

Court adjourned.
