The Mikado arrived at midnight punctual to time—passage 24 days 10 hours —with large English and American mails. Sho left San Francisco on the 12th, made the passage to Honolulu in 7 days 15 hours, and arrived at Kandavu on. the 4th instant; left the same day at noon. She comes on owners' account. Passengers :—Mrs. Graham and infant, J. H. Lewis, J. Brownell and 36 for Australia. Cargo:—For Port Chalmers, 655 packages ; for Lyttelton, 350 packages; for Wellington, 2 packages. Sails for Sydney at 4 o'clock to-day.
The annexation of Fiji has been completed. The English flag was to be floated for the first time yesterday. Lieutenant Woods is a passenger by the Mikado.
