("Before W. Fbaseb, Esq., KM.) DBUNKENNBSS. John Williams was charged on remand from yesterday with having been drunk and incapable. When brought before the Bench yesterday he had not succeeded in getting sober, or had succeeded in getting drunk a second time, and he fas consigned to the cells'again till this morning. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 10s, or in default 24 hours' imprisonment. Court adjourned. *
