l'st day of September, 1874, to be the day of Nomination of Candidates for the office of Councillor for the said Borough. , And I do hereby require any person desirous of Nominating a Candidate toi 1 Election to the office of Councillor for the said Borough before 4 of the clock in the afternoon of MONDAY, the 3ist day of August, 1874, being the day next preceding tho Nomination Day hereinbefore appointed to cause to be delivered to me at the offices of tho Council of the Borough tf Thames, Queen-street,, within the . said Borough a Nomination Paper in tbe form in the 9th Schedule to "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867" stating therein all particulars required in and by the said schedule, such nomination paper to be signed by three persons duly, qualified to vote at such election, and also signed by the person named therein a'o a Councillor in token of his assent to being so named.
