Charles H. Wilther was charged with having been drunk arid^ncapable in G-rey-street; Shortland, on "the 22nd instant. Defendant pleaded 1 guilty, and was fiaed lOsioV 24 hours' imprisbnment. Frances"Dillbti, charged with being drunk and incapable in Grey-street, Short* i land, on the 22nd instant. The culprit was on bail, and making no appearance forfeited the amount of the bail.
