ASSAULT. ■ - W. J. McKee was called, on a charge that ho did unlawfully assault one Ellen McKee (his wife), by striking her on the side of the head with his clenched hand. There was no appearance of either party, and the case was accordingly struck but. This concluded the business, and the Court then adjourned.
