WARDEN'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (Before W. Fjzaseb, Esq., Warden)
tISOMAS T. SMITH.
This was an action brought by the Queen of Beauty against Smith, for recovery of'money for haulage ot quartz won by defendant. Also for damages for taking out gold from places hot specified in the agreement between the parties. It will be remembered that defendant in this case was a tribiiter in the Queen of Beauty mine, and has been before the Court before as complainant against the Queen.of Beauty,, for breach of agreement. In the present action positions were reversed. Messrs Mncdonald and Tyler for defendant ; Messrs Hesketh and Meyers for complainant. After hearing a portion of the evidence, (which is. crowded out of to-day's issue) the further, hearing of the case, was adjourned till Wednesday next. '.';'. ;
