The steamer Omeo, Calder, arrived from Melbourne at-,8 a.m., having left at .6 p.m. on the sth. She brings 25 saloon aud 50 steerage passengers, 350 tons cargo and 50 horses for all ports. Sails for Dunedin at noon to-day.
