Yesterday the matfcnr was set at. rest at a meeting of creditors at the office of the Clerk of the District Court for the appointment jjofj. trustee and. supervisors. Mr. (j. H. Fletichfer appeared for creditors (including Ryan, Bell & Co., creditors for about £450) to the amount of about £490. Messrs. Miller, Oldrey and Dodd appeared for. creditors to the amount of about £80. On a •qrutiny of the proofs held by Mr.. Fletcher it was found that proofs to the amount of about £450 were informal, and disallowed. Mr.Thos. Macffarlane and Mr. Gh H. Fletcher were nominated forjtruntpo, the choice falling on Mr ■Ihonlfts Macffarlane who was declared duly elected. Messrs. Miller and Blotf were appointed supervisors. At the R.M. Court yesterday morning an application was made by Mr Tyler for a transfer of tHo license oi the Court House Hotel from S. Ybung to K. Brown. Mr. Oldrey objected to the tranjfer, as it was an asset in the, estate of the bank* rupt. ; The application-was adjourned. :
