THE CIRCUS.
The Siamese and Asiatic Circus Company gave their last performance at the Theatre Royal on Saturday, the programme being similar to that of previous nights. There was a good attendance in the pit, but the other portions of the house were by no means crowded. In the equestrian performances there was nothing calling for special remark further than what has previously appeared. The Siameso went through their portion of the entertainment in their'usual ftyle, and evidently pleased the audience, theinfant j members of the troupe being the recipients of frequent plaudits. At tho conclusion of the second portion of tho programme Mr. W. H. Foley appeared at the footlights and returned |thanks for Mr. King, the proprietor, at the same time taking the opportunity to inform the audience that during this week the members of his troupe would occupy the; boards of the Eoyal and produce an enterment of a variety character which would prore attractive.. In this entertainment Master John and Miss Kate Foley will appear. The performances of these young people are highly commended, and the public will hare an opportunity of seeing them this evening in comedy, singing, dancing and other exhibitions of their cleverness and versatiltiy.
