THIS DAY. (Before W. I^raseb, Esq., R.M.) DEUNK AND DISOBDEELY. Julius Anderson was charged with being drunk and disorderly in Grahamstown. Fined 20s and costs, or 48 hours' imprisonment. The Court then adjourned.
