AUCKLAND.
Auckland, Thursday evening. The Late Death in a Brothel. The men Pascoe and Dobbin have been tried for tho murder of W. Wright in a ..brothelin Upper Queen-street. The jury, after two hours' deliberation, returned a verdict of manslaughter. Pascoe received five years' and Dobbin four years' penal servitude. This day. The Supreme Court was occupied all the morning with the charge of perjury against Thomas Maher, milkmen, of the Thames, Captain Fraier and several contending milkmen were examined.
