Jarvis, John Tollerson and David Kamsay /were charged with wilful disobedience to the lawful commands of John Stephen, master of the brig Drover, lying near Grahamstown. ; Mr. Macdonald for the complainiuit; Mr. Tyler for the defendants. Mr. Macdonald, on the part of the prosecution, said that in consequence of an ■■ understanding with Mr. Tyler he would withdraw the case. The case was dismissed. ■-.- '■ . ■■ DRUNKENNESS. Francis McCam was charged with being drunk and incapablci in Pollenstreet. Fined 10s and costs. Benjamin Lowe was charged with being drunk and incapable in Albert-street. Defendant pleaded guilty. Constable Furlong, sworn, said—l arrested the prisoner in Albert yesterday. His clothes were much disordered. He was sitting in the middle of the street.
