At the Albion meeting to-day, the directors' report stated that the commencement of works has been delayed beyond the anticipated time by the protracted labors of the Pumping Association in sinking tlie shaft, and by the time i ccupied in making arragements with adjoining companies for the advantageous working of the Albion mine.
