THIS DAY. (Before H. Goldsmith, Esq., J.P.) ASSAULT. J. 0. Akers was charged with assaulting W. H. Pott's by seizing him by the throat and striking him on the face with his clinched hand, on the 25th instant. No appearance of cither party—case struck out. The Court adjourned.
