Auckland, Friday. An Alexandra telegram Btateg that Pimikutu is missing. He went but five dayi ago with a gun, accompanied by his wife and daughter, to cut flax. They missed him, and he has not since been seen, although Tawhiao sent out search parties. There are various rumors afloat regarding his loss. Some believe the friendlies have killed him to secure the Government reward.

The debate on the financial statement resulted in carrying tbe second reading of the Appropriation Bill on a division by 24 against 11. All the Thames members, but Swan, voted with the Government. The Borrowing Powers Highway Bill was carried on a division.
The total stakes paid in connection with the Autumn liace Meeting .were £938.
