Work Resumes To-morrow Thei’e has been no work on the waterfront since Saturday, but two vessels are due to-morrow. They will be dispatched before the New Year holidays. Early Waimarino, Wellington .. .. Early NOTES The Waiana is listed to leave Dunedin when work resumes to-morrow Here she will load and sail for Auckland direct.
Also at Dunedin, the Holmburn will clear for Timaru to-morrow, when she will lift Wellington cargo. The Gale is at Lyttelton over the holidays and will call here on Friday for Wellington and Wanganui shipments.
Listed to leave Sydney over the weekend for Lyttelton, thence Timaru, the Kaikorai will be here in the new year She will have Australian cargo for discharge and will lift return shipments before proceeding to Dunedin. From Dunedin, where she is at present discharging Canadian cargo, the Vancouver City will call at Timaru at the end of the month for Middle East consignments. She will continue to Wellington. The Waimarino has reached Dunedin on her way south. She will go to Bluff before reaching Timaru on her return to Auckland; here she will load for both Wellington and Auckland.
