SHIPPING PORT OF TIMARU
Karitane Loading To-day Leaving Dunedin yesterdav for Timaru, the Karitane is scheduled to berth this morning and to start work, loading for Wellington. Early Waimarino, Auckland Early NOTES Auckland’ cargo will be taken by the Waiana, which is due from Dunedin on Friday. She will sail direct that night. Now discharging at Dunedin, the Holmburn will call at Timaru on Friday for a full load consigned to Wellington. The Gale is expected at Timaru on December 22, but as there will be no work from Saturday until Thursday of Christmas week, she will be idle until December 27. She will load for Wellington and Wanganui. Listed to leave Sydney on Decembei 22 for Lyttelton, thence Timaru, the Kaikorai will be here in the new year She will have Australian cargo for discharge and will lift return shipments before proceeding to Dunedin. From Dunedin, where she is at present discharging Canadian cargo, the Vancouver City will call at Timaru at the end of the week for Middle East consignments. She will continue to Wellington. The Waimarino is at Wellington on her way south. She will work Dunedin. Bluff and Dunedin again before reaching Timaru for early loading of Auckland cargo.
