MOTOR FATALITIES

Eight During November There were six motor accidents during November and these resulted in eight deaths. A pedestrian was killed in Blenheim; a driver was killed when his car collided with a tram in Christchurch; a person riding on a truck near Tawa Flat. Wellington, fell off and died of injuries; three persons were drowned when their car went over the bank into the Turakina River; a passenger was fatally injured when a truck overturned near Kaeo. North Auckland, and a motor-cvclist in Christchurch died after a collision with a pole. In November, 1944. there were nine motor fatalities.
