Sir, —Recently there have been letters in your journal complaining hat boardinghouse keepers have otifled their permanent boarders to eave seemingly to make room for etter paying guests during the holiday season. Could any specific cases be mentioned? I think" it is now time to clamp down on this kind of thing, .nd also time for a meeting to be ailed with a view to approaching the Government and having a law passed governing these places. I would appreciate a letter from anyone who would give details of these cases. — Yours, etc.. Interested.
