POINTS
Accepted By Britain (7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 1.
Mr Ernest Bevin (Foreign Secretary) announced in the House of Commons that Britain had accepted President Truman's 12 points for the maintenance of world peace.
Mr Anthony Eden asked whether Mr Bevin agreed that American participation in world affairs on the lines <4 the 12 points would be a valuable contribution to world peace.
The Foreign Secretary replied that the more effective the participation became the better.
