Details Of Itinerary

(N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 15. More details of the itinerary arranged for the 2nd N.Z.E.F. Rugby team, now training in England, were given by the Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, to-day. Further matches have now been arranged and confirmed, and others are probable, but have not yet been confirmed. The fixtures leave the present state of the itinerary as follows: — October 27 v. Swansea; October 30 v. Llanelly; November 3 v. Neath and Abera von, at Neath; 10th v. North of England, at Leeds; 14th v. Ulster, at Belfast (unconfirmed); 17th v. Ireland at Dublin (unconfirmed); 22nd v. England at Twickenham; December 1 v. Army at Bedford; Sth V. R.A.F. at Leicester; 15th v. Royal Navy at Portsmouth; 26th v. Cardiff; 29th v. Newport; 31st v. Monmouthshire, at Pontypool; January 5 v. Wales; 12th v. Combined Services, at Gloucester; 16th v. Scottish Services, at Glasgow (uncomfirmed); 19th v. Scotland, at Edinburgh (unconfirmed); 26th v. East Midlands, at Leicester (unconfirmed) ; 31st v. Midlands, at Coventry; February 2 v. Northumberland, Durham and Cumberland, at Newcastle; 9th v. Cheshire, Lancashire and Yorkshire, at Sale; 13th v. Oxford University, at Oxford (unconfirmed); 16th v. South West Counties; 20th v. Cambridge University, at Cambridge (unconfirmed). Mr Jones said that LieutenantColonel A. H. Andrews, the team manager, had expressed himself as well pleased with the team and its prospects.
