Waipiata Discharges Cargo From Wellington The Waipiata, from Bluff, was berthed at the north side of No. 2 wharf by 3 p.m. yesterday and work began on her immediately. She has Wellington cargo for discharge here and will load for Auckland direct before sailing today. This afternoon the Wainui is due from Oamaru to lift Wellington, Napier and Gisborne shipments; she will sail to-morrow for Wellington. NOTES Shipments for Wellington <md Wanganui await the Breeze, which is now expected from Lyttelton to-morrow morning. She will sail the same day for Wellington direct. Tire Holmburn is still listed to work here over the week-end, arriving from Dunedin on Saturday or Sunday. She will lift Wellington cargo. Expected to leave Sydney to-day for Timaru direct, the Marie Bakke should be here by Tuesday. She will take a shipment of biscuits consigned to the Middle East from this port and proceed thence to Wellington and Auckland before leaving the Dominion. Wool, as well as other general cargo consigned to the United Kingdom, will be taken by the llissos, which is set down to leave Port Kembla, N.S.W, about October 13 for Timaru direct. She will be here for a few days, after which she is scheduled to go to Lyttelton. . Loading at Auckland, the Karetu is expected to clear about the end of this week, her call of ports being Wellington, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. Auckland cargo will be loaded by the Karetu at Timaru. The Kaikorai is scheduled to leave Sydney at the end of the week forLyttelton and Timaru. Here she will discharge iron and timber as well as other general cargo; she will lift general Australian shipments and proceed to Dunedin and Bluff.
