NORMAL EFFORT

Go-slow Abandoned

(N.Z.P.A.) AUCKLAND. Sept. 27. Work on certain constructional jobs in the Auckland district affected by the recent decision of the workers concerned to go-slow was resumed at normal production rate this afternoon. This resulted from the acceptance by a meeting of 3000 building trade workers in the Town Hall this morning of an assurance by the Acting-Minister of Labour (the Hon. J. O'B*rien) that the men should resume normal production and a tribunal would be appointed to consider the matters in dispute.
