TANGIER TALKS
Spanish Protest (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, August 13. The Spanish Government has sent a note to Biiiain protesting at the Tangier talks in Paris occurring without the presence of a Spanish representative, and also protests that a State having no previous interest in Tangier should be a party to the discussions. The diploma tele correspondent of the “Daisy Telegraph” says (here are two such States. Russia and America, but it is assumed that the protest refers to Russia.
