DOCK STRIKE

Troops Called In LONDON July 24. Six hundred troops are on route from the north of England to work ships in the Surrey Docks, London, where the go-slow strike continues. Ten of the 11 ships in the Surrey Docks arc idle, but normal work has been resumed at most other places, in the Port of London.
