SCARIETL LEVER

Sir. It is not al all surprising that scarlet fever cases still continue to appear, when patients are allowed to mix with other people after only one month m quarantine. The patient has not finished scaling completely under six weeks, and is still in an infectious condition. It may be old-fashioned, and a nuisance to parents and others to have to keep scarlet fever patients and themselves in quarantine for six weeks, but it is better than risking passing on the disease to others. -1 am, etc., Scarlet Runner.
