NATIONAL SAVINGS

Cave’s Annual Quota Oversubscribed Cave is the first office in South Canterbury to oversubscribe the annual National Savings quota. 'The investors, committeemen and organiser are to be congratulated on the success achieved, particularly as the financial year does not end until March 31, 1946, stated the District Organiser (Mr J. H. Jones) in a report issued yesterday. The Timaru postal district invested £3812 in National War Savings last week oversubscribing the district quota of £1930 by £lBB2. All offices in the district were successful in attaining their quotas.
