Government Publicity
The "Daily Telegraph” says it is understood that the Foreign Office is shortly announcing the creation of a Foreign Publicity Department headed by Mr Ivone Kirkpatrick with the rank of under-secretary. The paper points out that the creation of an official Government publicity department is an innovation.
