NAVAL INSPECTIONS

U.S. Congress Party (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) SYDNEY. June 12. Six members of the United States Congress have arrived in Australia to inspect naval establishments. They are members of a special committee appointed by Congress. They are accompanied by four naval officers. The party will visit Europe before returning to Washington. Their spokesman said that the members had given an undertaking that they would make no public statement on their mission before they returned to America.
