Soviet Appreciation (Rec. 11.20 p.m.) LONDON. June 12. Tlie Moscow radio says Marshal Stalin sent a message to President Truman on the third anniversary of the signing of the lend-lease agreement thanking him for the United States help in the war. “I wish to express my firm conviction that bonds of friendship strengthened in the common fight will be further developed for the good of our peoples,” he message stated.
