(10.0 p.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 30. The Tokio radio, in a domestic broadcast. bitterly condemned Japanese war shirkers, doubters and black marketeers. and declared that the slackness and insincerity of some Japanese shows that they are not fully conscious of the question, “what if we are defeated?” Notwithstanding the extremely violent vital struggle which will decide whether Japan will win or lose there are many violating the national programme and causing headaches to the authorities.
