WOMAN REMANDED
Husband In Serious Condition (N.Z.P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 23. “The victim is in hospital in a very serious condition,” said SeniorDetective H. Nuttall, when Madelene Constance Dack, housewife, aged 46, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this morning charged with causing actual bodily harm to Joseph Henry Dack. Counsel said that the accused was in need of care and attention by the police officers. The accused was remanded until December 26.
