Targets In Japan NEW YORK, Dec. 20. Three Super-Fortresses bombed Tokio before dawn to-day, says the Saipan correspondent of the Associated Press. They found all Honshu blacked out. but the crews saw 10 bomb blasts, followed by fires covering a large square area. There were also large fires in the industrial area. Antiaircraft fire was meagre. Only two night fighters were seen, and they kept at a distance. An urgent warning was broadcast by the Chungking radio to the Chinese over a vast area, including Manchuria, Formosa and all the main East Coast ports telling them to be ready to evacute their cities at a moment's notice in view of the developing American air offensive.
