POLISH QUESTION
No Final Decision (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 19. Conversations between M. Mikolajczyk, Polish Prime Minister, and M. Romer. Foreign Minister, representing the Polish Government in London, and delegates from the Polish Committee of National. Liberation at Lublin, ended without any final decision, says the Moscow radio. Members of the Lublin Committee have left Moscow, but the conversations will be continued after M Mikola.iczyk has conferred with members of his Government in London.
