Mr Jinnah Explains BOMBAY, September, 27. In a statement regarding the talks with Gandhi, which were about the Moslem plan for Pakistan (separate Hindu and Moslem states) Mr A. M. Jinnah, president of the all-Indian Moslem League, said: “I failed in the task of converting Gandhi.
