(N.Z.P.A.) WELLINGTON. Oct. 3. The immediate revision of the Manpower Regulations was sought by the New Zealand Woollen Mill Owners’ Association, which, at a general meeting. passed the following resolution; ■‘This meeting views with grave apprehension the operation of the Industrial Manpower Regulations, which are causing a general lowering of efficiency, and asks for the immediate revision of the regulations and of the methods of their administration, particularly as concerning industrial manpower appeal committees. whose functions should be exercised by a completely impartial authority."
