Special Precautions STOCKHOLM, October 2. Messages from Germany say that precautions to ensure Hitler’s safety have been elaborated. Every visitor to the Ftihrer, even diplomats and generals, undergo a strict search. A special detachment of scouting planes give warning if there is danger of enemy planes approaching his secret headquarters.
